The Rev. Catherine Thompson
Rector
Rev. Catherine has served as the Priest-in-Charge of All Saints since April of 2023. She finds joy in learning and discovering new things, particularly in the area of congregational development, and is grateful for the many mentors who were willing to share what they have learned to the benefit of all. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time in nature. She holds degrees from Vassar College and Virginia Theological Seminary. She is married to Mark.

The Rev. Jen Mariano
Associate for Pastoral Care
Rev. Jennifer “Jen” Mariano has served as Associate Rector for Pastoral Care at All Saints Episcopal Church since January 2026. Known for her warm spirit, welcoming nature, and servant leadership, Rev. Jen is dedicated to providing spiritual support, encouragement, and compassionate pastoral presence to the parish community.
Her ministry focuses on pastoral care, visitation, spiritual companionship, and nurturing connection within both the church and the wider community. She is honored to serve alongside the clergy, staff, and parishioners of All Saints as they continue their mission of worship, outreach, fellowship, and loving service.
Rev. Jen is a graduate of Frostburg State University and Hood College. She received her Master of Divinity from Candler School of Theology at Emory University, where she also earned a Certificate in Episcopal and Anglican Studies. She completed her Clinical Pastoral Education at Frederick Health Hospital while serving as a chaplain intern.
Before entering ordained ministry, Rev. Jen worked for 33 years at the National Cancer Institute in cancer research and trainee career and leadership development. She is also a member of The Order of the Daughters of the King®.
Outside the parish, Rev. Jen serves as a National Elite Official for Women’s Lacrosse and is an avid bird watcher. She enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, and bird watching … and yes, especially bird watching.
