The spring clean-up had many successes thanks to all those who came in to organize and inventory their ministry’s materials. In order to allow ministries to consolidate and store items where they are most convenient for the work of the ministry, Buildings and Grounds is forming an advisory committee to propose a comprehensive building usage plan. This Advisory Committee will survey space available, review the inventories, hear from ministries about their anticipated space needs and propose a plan to Buildings and Grounds. B & G will review it for feasibility and associated costs before presenting it to the Vestry. The committee will exist only as long as it takes to develop a suggested plan.
