Annual Meeting
The All Saints’ Episcopal Church Annual Congregational Meeting has now been scheduled:

Yes, that’s right: It will be 60-min long – streamlined, succinct, and (hopefully) interesting and enjoyable.
The way we are going to achieve that is as follows:
- Only 6 reports:
- Priest-in-Charge (Ken+)
- Sr. Warden (Mark)
- Budget/Finance/Stewardship (Sharon, Jay Boggs)
- Buildings & Grounds (Mary Beth Coker)
- Historic Church Renovation Team (Hilary Pettigrew, Steve Crum)
- Truth & Reconciliation working group (Amy Isaac)
- Sr. Warden will give a high-level overview of what’s happening in the other groups.
- Bullet Point Presentations: Presenters speak on 6 bullet points, and each presentation will be limited to 5 minutes.
The Annual Report will be emailed to the congregation in advance of the meeting.

At the meeting, we’ll hear from our clergy and leadership about this past year, and the vision for the future. We’ll also have the opportunity to vote on the next class of vestry representatives. Eight candidates stand for four slots, three years in length: Jim Filson, Tom Koerner, Don Orcutt, Rachel Querry, Angie Richards, Toni Serini, Leslie Skyrms, and Mark Walker. As the meeting approaches, we’ll provide details on voting procedure. We hope you’ll join us on the 27th!
